“Yesterday marked my one year barre-aversary. Just a little over a year ago I was struggling to take care of my body. Chronic disease and stress, made it challenging to figure out how to care for myself. One year later I am much more flexible, stronger, and have flare ups that are fewer and further between. Colette Meltzer and her team embrace, modify for, and encourage all of us wherever we are in our journey. I don’t get there as often as I want to, but I sure am glad I took the step to try something new”

“When I started barre I was so used to beating myself up with cardio and heavy weights. Even though I felt sore and my body trembled after barre, I still had to overcome the idea that it somehow wasn’t enough. So I started measuring. And wow the results!” A total of 11.5 inches later this client is a believer in the barre method!

“I love the express class because you get the same work-out in less time. I leave class with tons more energy and less stress. We often think taking time off for a class as selfish but the truth is, it benefits everyone! When I come back to work happier, all my clients and co-workers benefit”
